    Prequalification pack

    Capability statement, technical annexures, key personnel pack, corporate policy set and the FTR QA/QC Management Standard, issued for your review.

  3. 03

    Technical proposal

    Method statement, indicative programme, interface and scope-split matrix, commissioning strategy and commercial proposal against the selected model.

  4. 04

    Award and mobilisation

    Delivery team mobilised, Primavera P6 baseline established, Project Quality Plan and ITPs approved, specialist partner scope confirmed.
